Default 2007 F150 trouble with VTC

My truck had a code for the bank 1 VCT and after checking it I found that the top of it had been damaged so I pulled valve cover and replaced it. Truck still running bad and now is throwing 2 more codes along with orig. one codes are as follows P0012 P0016 P2196 any ideas where to go from here
