Default Location of Horn Relay for "89" F150

My horn doesn't work. I checked everything in the steering wheel, I've got 12 volts and a good ground in there. I do not hear clicking so I have assumed the horn relay is not working.
I have looked under the hood, behind the glovebox, behind right side kick panel, above the throttle pedal and steering column all at the advice of folks who said the knew where it was and its not in any of those places. One guy even posted a photo of the ECM and Fuel Pump relays but not of the Horn Relay. All this was on another Ford F150 Forum, I hope I can hear from someone who has actually changed one or has seen it on location.
I just bought the old truck on Saturday as a daily driver/project or in my case it's weekly driver. I can't get it Licensed if the horn doesn't work so I would really appreciate someone who knows where Ford hid this relay to tell me where its at. Why the hell did Ford hide this thing anyway would be my second question, not sure if that one will ever get answered......
Thanks for your help.....

For the 1987 check near the front of the engine compartment, there should be several relays and fusible links there.

I found it..... Its mounted on a Dash Brace to the right of the Glovebox. You can't really see it until you get it off of the Brace. You have to take the Glovebox out.
I put the new one in and the horn still does not work, I have voltage so I checked to see if I have enough current. When I put a load on it my voltage went to "0". Somewhere there is a very weak connection, maybe the firewall plug or fusebox I dunno. I may just pull another wire and bypass it......

Glad you found the thing! Trace your horn wires back to the relay and look for chaffed areas around the through-wall.
