Angry Fuel Tank Pressure Build-Up in Foward Tank

Opened cap to front fuel tank to add a fuel additive and noticed a little pressure. Started to add a fuel injector cleaner and before 16 ounces could be added, it started to run over or out. So, I started to add the remainder to the rear fuel tank and noticed some pressure as I opened the cap to the rear tank. Does anyone know what type problem I am facing??????????
