First of all, like to start of by saying HELLO!!
I have been trying to figure out how the diverter valve works. I have air pumping into it from the smog pump, the diverter valve has 2 vacuums coming in that don't seem to be working properly, I'm guessing. I follow the vacuum lines and they go to the backside of the engine on the driver side to 2 vacuum solenoid switches. I checked the switches to see if they are working by connecting to power and seem to be working properly. I checked the voltage of the power connectors going to the switches and I am getting power to the connectors but don't seem like the switches are opening up. Is there something else that should trigger these switches?
Any help with this would be appreciated!
