2008 F150 XLT Front end noise... PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys. I just bought a used 2008 f150 from the local Dodge dealership.
It has a weird spinning metal noise in the front drivers side.
I brought it back several times to have the noise fixed but they are not able to figure it out.
So far they have replaced the brake pads, front differential and put new end cap on the hub on that side. I got the truck back and drove around 200k and it started making the noise again.
Here are some details:
it only makes the noise when accelerating. and only over 20 km\h
when i shift into 4wd high the noise goes away
the noise is consistent at all speeds (above 20k) and all gears
the noise seems to get more aggressive the harder I step on the gas

one more thing...
I was driving down the highway and noticed the noise continued after I let off the gas and quickly pulled over because It was quite loud.
just before I came to a complete stop in a parking lot I heard a loud PING sound and the regular noise stopped. 10 mins down the road the noise came back.

Im out of ideas on whats wrong with this truck, and I don't know how much more I can get the dealer to go good for, I have no extended warranty, But It was making the noise right off the lot. (except when I test drove it for some reason)

They have no clue what it could be because it wont make it sound on the hoist. Only on the road.

so today I talked to a ford service manager and he says its being caused by a vacuum leak somewhere causing the IWE to try and shift into 4wd while im driving.
My question is
wouldn't it be worse at a low rev like while idling as oppose to when im accelerating?

Any opinions or information would be appreciated THANKS
Have they checked out the 4WD system thoroughly? It almost sounds like the RF wheel hub hasn't disengaged. Does it pull to that side at all when driving it?

Did they disassemble the front half-shafts and check the lube on the balls/ball cage or CV joint on that side?

Essentially the integrated wheel end...
all I know is that they said they replaced the brakes, diff, and the end cap. I dont think they know anything about this IWE set up at this dodge dealer where I bought it.
neither do I.
It has no pull. im pretty sure that its not engaged but trying to shove it into gear.
problem is the dealer is 2 hours away from me and they don't do loaners, so im trying to get some information on it before i take it back in
Does anyone know about this thread? I have a truck doing what sounds like the same thing.
