I was on here awhile back and you guys said I should go with 410 gears for my set up I have decided to make the change and would like to hear your recomendation . I have a 2009 F150 5.4 4x4 not sure what to do> I realize i have to change the front as well as the back. I would like to hear from you.

I would start with a junk yard and see if there is a truck there with the 4.10:1 set there and just clean them up and swap them out that way. Doing it that way may also be the less expensive way than buying the ring and pinion and carrier.
