The AC in my 94 F-150 works wonders and is so cold you almost can't stand it, until you reach 50-55 mph. It still blows a little bit, but its not even cool. The heat really doesn't even get warm though, regardless of speed. I'm sort of new to working on vehicles, and haven't the slightest clue where to begin to diagnose the problem.

Side note, in the engine compartment, if you're looking at the engine from the front, there is a hose that isn't connected to anything and is pulling suction, and I thought that maybe that has something to do with the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
