whats the size of the exhaust on the f150 eco boost and what a good sounding muffler to put on them?

None! To me anyway. I've listened to about all available on youtube and everything available makes the ecoboost sound like a Honda Civic. It's just not going to sound anything like a V8 so I'm satisfied with the quiet sound of my Platinum Edition....and leaving it that way.

I agree. The ecoboost will never sound like a V8, and any louder exhaust will make it sound like a high shool kids compact car.

On you tube there is an episode of Gearz with Stacey David where he puts on a Hearthrob exhaust and picks up some nice horsepower and torque gains. He mentioned how the factory exhaust is too restrictive for the twin turbo.

I have a 2010 ford Taurus SHO with ecoboost and I just cut the two mufflers right out and it sounds really nice im thinking of trying it with my ecoboost truck

I put on the MBRP i think its one of the best sounding. I looked at a bunch of youtube videos. I know its will never sound like a V8 but I can hear the turbos and it doesnt sound as bad as say a V6 tacoma.
