Just replaced an alternator & battery, and she fires up, but as soon as I let go of the key & take foot off the gas she dies.
After alternator replacement she ran smooth once warmed up (needs tune up) for a couple of days, then ran real rough & to get her home I had to run without headlights 'cause to turn them on would kill it as soon as it shifted gears.
Had battery tested and it went from 93% on first test to 82% on second and 73% on 3rd, so just put the new batter in, and result is described in first paragraph.
Any suggestions or questions would be much appreciated.
