Hi , It's hard to be cool when it's so hot

Im new and glad to have found the forum. Today is the years hottest yet.
the red is right at 100 degrees

I have a 97 f150 and no air conditioning. Looking for the fuse for the ac compressor.

I got a tip and hit the compressor with a hammer while it was running and it spun for a second and went right back off so I don't think it's the fuse, but still no ac.

Most compressors have a switch that disengages the clutch if the refrigerant level is low. Have you verified that first?
