Hello! Gears?

Hi I wanted to get some opinions on what gears I should install in my 2005 f150 ! Was thinking of either 4.56 or 4.88 ! My truck has the 4.6 triton with the edge programmer! I'm runner 35 in tires with a 6 inch lift! Your opinions are greatly appricated !
