Hi everyone. Im the new guy.

Just come on here to say hello, and ask a question.

For starters i was so jacked on buying a new truck that i didnt even think to look at the V6 EcoBoost, so my truck has the 5.0L V8.

What are the pros and cons of these 2 engines. Should i have gotten the V6:confused:

Welcome aboard Steve!

From what I hear it is a mixed bag for those for and against the EcoBoost engine. Some have sworn by it and others are still wondering where their 22 mpg's are! As for me, I'll take a V8 any day of the week and twice on Sunday! I didn't buy my truck with gas mileage in mind, hauling and towing we foremost in my thinking!
