HID Headlight trouble

I bought hid conversion kit for 08 f150 fx4 i bought headlights and fog lights the fog light conversion kit works great the headlight kit does not. i bought a relay harness thinking maybe it needed more power. and still nothing happening so i was hoping before i got spend a bunch of money to have someone figure this out maybe someone knows something i dont feel free to text me or message me with ideas 6158668585
