Any recent maintenance prior to this?
issues
My very rear spark plug on the passenger side was pushed out of the engine and the threads on the plug is flat and the electrodes are smashed and the coil pack is broke. Any ideas what happend

i put bosch iridium plugs and accel coil packs on. the plug threaded in fine and i got it snug. i think maybe rod bearing
