hello everyone, i have a 2012 xtr super crew with what i think is a transmission problem. when shifting from drive to reverse i sometimes get a lag in shift and sometimes i just get a loud thud or clank as it goes into reverse, same happens reverse to drive. also from park to drive a get a clunk or thud. i normally only experienced this on older higher mileage trucks, mine has only 22000kms or 13000 miles, has done it from day one. on a side note does anyone know a good truck accessory place in Toronto, or Buffalo.

First, welcome to the forum!

Next, you should still be well under warranty and the first place to go has to be the dealership to let them diagnose the problem as it sounds like a coupl of issues could be at work here.
