Are you looking to increase your load or ride height? There are F-150 springs that go up to 2450 lbs per side over the stock 1600 per side and there is no fitment issues. Without measuring the difference between the two I'd think right off that the 250 spring set was a touch wider than the 150, but that's purely a guess.
