Name's Kenny... new to ford trucks

Hello all... I'm new to ford trucks, I have stuck with German cars in the past, but do to my son and schlepping things around I went with the truck my Grandfather stands behind and has loved for years. Of course I bought it used and the dealer sold me a poor quality truck, but I'm looking forward to getting it back. My oil pump went out, and it is at a trusted mechanic now who is seeing what my best option is and seeing if there's any damage to the engine before just throwing in an oil pump. First question I'm going to ask is what are good sites to get parts from and has anyone had a similar situation? I will be personally searching the threads, but any insight is much appreciated.
