So ive had my 2005 king ranch for 5-6 years now and over the last year ive developed a rattling noise at 1800 rpm? it doesnt make the noise if i rev it up in nuetral or park just under load? I have the edge power programer and a 6inch procomp lift ,gibson exaust green air intake. So trying to find the source ive changed u joints- nothing. looked for loose exaust heat sheilds - nothing. just cant find where its coming from so yesterday i turned my programer pack from level2 - stock and its not nearly as bad but still there. could it be a bad injector? torque converter? I cant get a vidio of the sound because it has to be moving windows down to hear it so wind interferes with recording devices. any help in trouble shooting this pain would be appreiciated. Thanks

just a stab in the dark but did you look at the dust cover for the flywheel and was it loose?
I'm thinking in the same area Blueovalboy is in, I would also check your flywheel to see if it cracked, they will crack from one bolt to next where it bolts to the crank.

not a bad call but it would be a long shot that that's what it is but not impossible on a new truck. oh but he said its a 05 never mind
