How much driving do you plan to do in the mud is the first question that needs to be answered. If it is just every once in a while then a MT tire is probably not the best solution for you for a truck that spends 75% of its time on pavement. MT tires tend to provide a very rough ride on the street and are not all that good for traction on the street due simply to their tread design.
An AT tire like the Goodrich TA A/Ts, Goodyear Wranglers, Cooper Discoverer, et. al, provide good traction on and off road and the ride is much smoother and handling on the street is much better.
That said, if I were choosing a MT tire and price was a big part of that selection process, I think I would lean towards the Cooper and the Firestone's as I have had nothing but good experiences with both of those companies.
