Assuming you keep your stock wheels and no leveling, the LT285/65R18 (32.7 inches tall and 11.5 inches wide on a 8.5 inch rim) would be pushing it without trimming. A safe bet has been the LT275/65R18 (32.1 inches tall and 11 inches wide on an 8-inch rim). Some will say they are running LT305/65R18 (33.7 inches tall and 12 inches wide on 8.5-inch rim) but for most requires some trimming, is getting close to the upper control arm, and not giving you much for articulation if want to go offroad. But every truck is slightly different; I would dry fit a 285 and go up/down from there.
If the 2010 has the same wheel well dimensions as the 2011, you should be able to get 35x12.5 if your wheels have the same offset-back spacing as the Raptor wheels.

I am running 35x12.5 on 17" Raptor wheels with a 2.5 inch leveling kit with no rubbing even with "tame" off-road driving in the mountains. A check of vertical clearance at all stages of turn suggests for HWY driving there should be no rubbing or if there is any rubbing it would not require more than 1-2 inches of trimming the lower inside plastic molding.

I recommend the Auto-Spring Company 2.5 front - 3" rear leveling kit ($~185, $585 mechanic installed & aligned). The ride is the same as factory, no need to change shocks, electrical or hydrolic lines & no rub with 35x12.5 tires at any stage of turn.
Desert Dawg, you have the 3.5L V6 Ecoboost? I'm considering ordering an FX4 with the same engine. More power and torque than the 5.0L V8 and better gas mileage. How do you like it?
dabsdg, you have an FX4 and lifted it, changed the wheels and put on bigger tires? I am looking at ordering a 2013 FX4 and I'd like to make the same changes; lift it by 2.5" and put on 35" tires and some different wheels. Any advice?
