turn off interior lights

Can't figure out how to turn off the interior lights with the door(s) open. Can turn off the dome light but cannot get the reading lights or bed light to turn off. Like to listen to the radio with doors open while camping.

Do like we do with our Jeep when the doors are removed...pull the fuse.

In the older vehicles you used to be able to disconect the switch plug on the door but somewhere along the line they quit using that method and now it appears the only way IS to pull the fuse!!! Let me know if there is another way too!!:)
