For the turn LF turn signal, assuming the correct replacement bulb was used, check the wiring and, more specifically, the ground. Without a good ground it will not work.
For the dome light (again, assuming it is the interior light) do the under dash lights stay on with the door closed, or the head lights/key buzzer sound with the door closed? Again, check the wiring (both sides) for chaffing/crossed wires.
